Temp-to-Perm Position Overview The Maintenance Technician provides technical support to production by troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and rebuilding machinery and production equipment . This position also performs preventative maintenance and responds to equipment breakdowns in a professional and timely manner while following all required safety procedures. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience working with PLCs, HMIs, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems who can independently troubleshoot equipment and prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and rebuild production equipment Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond to production and management calls for equipment repairs and breakdowns Perform scheduled preventative maintenance Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime and disruption Assist with new equipment installations Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects Maintain accurate and complete maintenance records Troubleshoot routine issues independently and escalate more complex problems when necessary Knowledge & Skills Working knowledge of PLCs and HMIs Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Knowledge of proper LOTO procedures and OSHA safety requirements Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery Ability to work independently after receiving instructions and expected results Must have and be able to work with your own maintenance tools If you have industrial maintenance experience and are comfortable working 3rd shift, 9:30 PM-6:00 AM , please send me your updated resume along with the best phone number and time to reach you. #
