Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic A growing company is seeking an Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic. This is a full time direct hire position. It will work first shift 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday). Strong mechanical experience is key. Qualified candidates will have experience with most of the following: Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and building systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues. Replace defective components, including gears, bearings, and wiring. Inspect equipment regularly to prevent breakdowns and production delays. Install, calibrate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance. Maintain accurate maintenance records and recommend equipment improvements. Follow all safety, security, quality, and regulatory procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, schematics, and blueprints. Requires mechanical maintenance experience and basic electrical skills. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
