Job Description

We welcome both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in machinery manufacturing. Candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields are encouraged to apply. This role provides valuable hands-on experience building, testing and troubleshooting, custom industrial machinery. You will work alongside experienced engineers and technical experts, gaining practical skills and real world experience in machine building, automation, and controls. This position offers a strong foundation for career growth, with opportunities to advance into a mechanical engineering role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance Technology). Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Interest in machinery, automation, and manufacturing. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, hands-on environment. Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Why Join Us?
