Technical Skills Must be able to: Use hand tools correctly. Use torque tools properly. Follow assembly instructions. Replace mechanical components. Perform visual inspections. Conduct basic testing.

Product Knowledge Must know:

Common mechanical assemblies. Fastener identification. Basic printer mechanisms.

Requirements:

Quality Expectations Correct assembly procedures. Proper torque application. Less than 2% of rework. Handling items up to 20lbs

Certification Requirements Practical Examination:

Complete assembly and disassembly exercises.
