Location:

Near Karcher Road in the Nampa/Caldwell area.

Working Conditions:

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility that offers relief from summer heat and winter cold. Opportunities are available working with the assembly team or in our fabrication department. Training is provided on semi-automated equipment, along with safety protocols and instruction.

Duties:

Perform general labor duties, including assembly, warehouse support, and material handling. Employees interested in light equipment operation may join training programs to learn semi-automated equipment. Help keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Attend team meetings and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.

Experience :

Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required Some positions require the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. We encourage candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
