ELEVATOR TECHNICIAN

Property Management Company Seeking Experienced Elevator Technician We are looking for a reliable, skilled, and safety-focused Elevator Technician to join our property management team on a full-time basis . Responsibilities Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair elevators Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues Respond to elevator service calls and emergencies Ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently Maintain accurate service and maintenance records Work in compliance with all applicable safety codes and regulations Qualifications Previous elevator maintenance/repair experience required Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Elevator technician license/certification as required by local regulations Valid driver's license Ability to work independently and respond to service needs Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Competitive pay Consistent work with a professional property management team Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive work environment Interested?
