ELECTRO-MECHANICAL / INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Pay:
$30-$37 per hour Pay based on experience and skill level SHRCORP is looking for 2 experienced technicians with a strong background in industrial maintenance, machinery repair, and industrial electrical systems . We are looking for individuals who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and repair automated packaging machinery Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs. Ability to troubleshoot and repair electro/mechanical systems including 480V. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings . Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems . Repair and maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and other mechanical components. Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machinery repairs . Safely use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment. Follow industrial safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) . Document repairs and communicate technical issues to supervisors and the maintenance team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred experience: 3-5+ years in one or more of the following: Industrial Maintenance Industrial Electrician Machine Repair Manufacturing Maintenance Electrical / Mechanical Technician Ideal candidates should have: Strong experience with industrial electrical systems and machinery repair . Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems. Knowledge of AC/DC motors and motor controls. Experience with VFDs and industrial sensors . PLC and automated controls experience — preferred . Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Welding and fabrication experience — preferred . Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and LOTO. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Ability to work safely and effectively in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Technical education or certification in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance systems.
