A day in the shop Clock in early, review detailed blueprints, lay out materials to tight tolerances, and bring custom industrial enclosures to life. You'll move from layout to fit-up, execute precision MIG welds on sheet and structural steel, verify alignment, and assemble components into finished, field-ready systems for high-profile data center projects. Where you'll do it
$22-$28 per hour (up to $30/hr based on experience) + significant overtime
Schedule:
1st shift, typically 5:00 AM-4:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
Overtime:

You'll contribute to engineered, one-off builds—not repetitive, assembly-line work—as the company expands facilities, adds headcount weekly, and supports global tech leaders' data center infrastructure.
