What You Bring Level 2 1+ years of mechanical assembly or related hands-on experience Blueprint reading skills Experience with hand and power tools Mechanical troubleshooting ability Experience using precision measuring tools High school diploma or equivalent Level 3 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience Advanced troubleshooting and blueprint interpretation skills Ability to independently complete complex assemblies Proven record of quality workmanship and productivity Level 4 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience or equivalent expertise Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes Ability to diagnose and solve complex mechanical issues Leadership, mentoring, or training experience Ability to serve as a technical resource for the team Additional Qualities We Value Strong attention to detail Commitment to safety and quality Reliable attendance and dependability Positive, team-first attitude Desire to learn and continuously improve About Amatrol Amatrol is a global leader in technical education and workforce development.
