Kudzu Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Beverly, MA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics. Requirements of the Electromechanical Assembler Technician High school diploma or GED required Technical certification or Associate Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field preferred Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Experience with electrical assemblies, control panels, or industrial equipment preferred Knowledge of industrial controls, PLCs, and automation preferred Experience with ERP/MRP systems; IFS experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to quality and accuracy Benefits of the Electromechanical Assembler Technician Full-time position Consistent 40-hour work week Hands-on electromechanical assembly experience Opportunity to work with electrical and mechanical systems Opportunity to expand troubleshooting and technical skills Work alongside Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams Opportunity to participate in Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Responsibilities of the Electromechanical Assembler Technician Perform mechanical assembly of electronic components and various assemblies Install components and test completed systems Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Build and test products according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and established quality standards Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical specifications Use hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment Identify equipment failures and assist with repairs as needed Assist with non-conformances and rework activities in coordination with Quality and Engineering Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to resolve production and quality-related issues Support the introduction of new products into production Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe, organized work area Perform additional assembly and technician duties as assigned IND123
