• Position Summary
• We are seeking a
• Hardware (PEM) Installer
• to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate has mechanical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a manufacturing environment. This position involves setting up and operating hardware insertion equipment, including
• Haeger and PEM machines
• , as well as assembling mechanical components to customer specifications.
• Job Duties & Responsibilities
• + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. + Assemble mechanical components accurately according to specifications. + Set up and operate hardware insertion machines, including
• Haeger and PEM equipment

•. + Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment. + Perform quality checks on completed assemblies. + Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards. + Document assembly processes and maintain accurate production records. + Work with team members and other departments to maintain an efficient workflow. + Assist with maintenance and repair of assembly equipment as needed. + Perform other duties as assigned.

• Qualifications & Requirements
• + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience as a mechanical assembler or in a similar manufacturing role. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. + Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions. +

• Sheet metal job shop experience preferred.
• + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to
• 40 lbs.
• + Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures.
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly. + 5 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience assembling cabinets, chassis, or similar sheet metal products.
• Working Conditions
• + Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and normal shop noise. + Varying temperatures may occur. + Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. + Overtime may be required based on production needs.
