Job Description
- Hardware (PEM) Installer — 2nd Shift
Location:
- Brockton, MA
Pay:
- $19-$26 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM

- Position Summary
- We are seeking a
- Hardware (PEM) Installer
- to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate has mechanical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a manufacturing environment. This position involves setting up and operating hardware insertion equipment, including
- Haeger and PEM machines
- , as well as assembling mechanical components to customer specifications.
- Job Duties & Responsibilities
- + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. + Assemble mechanical components accurately according to specifications. + Set up and operate hardware insertion machines, including
- Haeger and PEM equipment
- Qualifications & Requirements
- + High school diploma or equivalent.
- Sheet metal job shop experience preferred.
- + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials up to
- 40 lbs.
- + Familiarity with manufacturing safety standards and procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Technical or vocational training in mechanical assembly. + 5 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience assembling cabinets, chassis, or similar sheet metal products.
- Working Conditions
- + Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and normal shop noise. + Varying temperatures may occur. + Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. + Overtime may be required based on production needs.
