Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Industrial Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, improve safety standards, and support continuous production processes. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues Conduct electrical diagnostics and maintenance on systems Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights while adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to facilitate effective troubleshooting and repairs. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions. Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repair or fabrication projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards at all times Perform work on farm equipment; Such as, tractors, forklifts, and more. Skills Extensive experience in manufacturing facilities with strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including working with electrical Hands-on experience Ability to operate scissor lifts safely for elevated maintenance tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in equipment repair, troubleshooting electrical systems, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Competence in welding techniques including stick welding for various repair applications. Excellent analysis skills Fluency in English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Wages:

Starting wage is based off of prior experience and knowledge.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
