Full-Time Entech Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Forklift Repair Technician / Mechanic for a full-time, first-shift opportunity with a manufacturing client in the Holly area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with forklift repair, industrial maintenance, or heavy equipment experience who are looking for a stable position with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on propane and diesel forklifts Perform preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications Repair and replace forklift components as needed Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Ensure equipment meets OSHA safety and operational standards Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a forklift mechanic, industrial maintenance mechanic, or heavy equipment technician preferred Experience repairing industrial forklifts is strongly preferred Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and schematics Must possess your own tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and twisting throughout the shift Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
