I The Job You Will Perform:
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS. Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures. Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance. Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years). Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing) and work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE. Strong mechanical skills and aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills Written and verbal communication skills Preferred skills in pneumatics, electrical, PLC and hydraulics Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
