Hours:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Flexibility required for overtime based on project demands) Benefits of the industrial blaster:

Consistent 1st shift weekday schedule Duties of the industrial blaster:

• Prepare, load, and unload structural components at blasting and paint booths
• Apply industrial coatings, including alkyds, zincs, epoxies, and water-based finishes
• Perform sandblasting operations to prep raw metal surfaces according to project specifications
• Maintain clean equipment and safe work areas across the coatings department Requirements of the industrial blaster:
• Hands-on industrial sandblasting experience (Industrial paint experience preferred, but willing to train)
• Ability to wear steel-toed work boots and pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen
• Energetic mindset with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
