Job Duties Assemble and configure mechanical and hydro-mechanical systems using engineering drawings and work instructions

Perform system setup, teardown, repair, rework, and checkout activities

Conduct operational and customer acceptance testing

Troubleshoot mechanical and system performance issues

Partner with engineering teams to resolve technical concerns

Maintain accurate documentation and report drawing or process corrections

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools.

Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation.

Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards.

Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred.

Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial.

Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial.

Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a System Engineering Technician. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
