Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Waste Connections $26.00/hr-$30.00/hr life insurance, flexible benefit account, short term disability, 401(k) United States, Minnesota, Lakeville Sep 14, 2026 We are looking for a safety conscious Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join the team at Recycle Minnesota in Lakeville, MN. Pay-$26-30/hour DOE As a tech in our site, your focus will be on the overall health/maintenance of the plant and all supporting machine centers.

This will involve:

inspections, diagnosing, and issuing repairs to mechanical, hydraulics, grinders, shredders and conveyor systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform service calls for plant issues and breakdowns.

Preform minor to major repairs/PM maintenance.

Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with corporate and

OSHA, NFPA

standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the field preferred

Ability to work a 40 hour week

Schedule will be 2nd shift, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday-Friday

Valid driver's license

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT

Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
