Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assemblers to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and inspecting various mechanical components and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments to contribute to the creation of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to assembly tasks. Duties Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify component dimensions. Perform welding, soldering, and machining tasks as required for product assembly or repair. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts safely to handle materials and finished products. Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize assembly procedures. Support inventory management by accurately documenting parts usage and reporting shortages. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing assembly, fabrication, or related technical roles. 2+ years in assembly, fabrication is a plus Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Familiarity with mechanical tools such as calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, soldering, welding, and precision measurement. Ability to operate warehouse equipment like forklifts safely (certification preferred). Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of assembly techniques and quality standards. Experience working with schematic diagrams and fabrication instructions. Excellent attention to detail combined with good communication skills. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
