$40.00 based on experience Position Overview H.B. Fuller is seeking an experienced Master Mechanic to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and plant support systems in a chemical processing environment. This role supports safe, reliable, and efficient operations through preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and facility upkeep. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise across mechanical systems while adhering to all safety and operational standards. Primary Responsibilities Maintain and repair industrial chemical process equipment and controls. Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, HVAC, and energy management systems. Perform preventive maintenance on reactors, pumps, agitators, piping, motors, and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment. Maintain building mechanical systems, laboratory equipment, and forklifts. Follow lockout/tagout, startup/shutdown, PPE, and other safety procedures. Support plant housekeeping and continuous operational reliability. Operate forklifts and scissor lifts as required. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of combined technical training and industrial maintenance experience. Demonstrated mechanical skills in pumps, mixers, and machinery repair. Ability to obtain a Boiler Operator License. Must be authorized to work in the country of employment. Preferred Requirements 5+ years of technical training and industrial maintenance experience. 2nd Class B Boiler License or higher. Electrical troubleshooting experience, including basic PLC diagnostics. Metal fabrication, welding, machining, rigging, and heavy-equipment lifting experience. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $40.00. In addition to your salary, H.B.
