Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain blow molding machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and electrical components. Execute scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) to maximize machine uptime. Diagnose technical and mechanical issues quickly under fast-paced production pressure. Perform basic building, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance as needed. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Full-Time, Permanent We are searching for a permanent Industrial Mechanic for our 3rd shift plastics manufacturing operations. This role focuses on mechanical/electrical repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting—specifically for Blow Mold Plastics manufacturing equipment—as well as general facility upkeep.Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain blow molding machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and electrical components. Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Equipment:
Direct experience with Blow Mold Plastics manufacturing equipment is required.Skills:
Solid multi-craft skills (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, fabrication).Tools:
Must own basic personal tools.Blueprints:
Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.Work Ethic:
