Why You'll Want to Work Here Competitive hourly pay based on experience Stable, established company with more than 40 years in business Opportunity to work with a variety of production and packaging equipment Opportunities to expand your maintenance and troubleshooting skills Supportive, team-oriented work environment Free pizza at the end of the work week What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns to keep production running Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, work orders, and maintenance instructions Inspect equipment and identify potential problems before they result in downtime Assist with equipment adjustments, installations, upgrades, and improvements Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area Work closely with production employees and management to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability What We're Looking For Previous industrial maintenance, mechanical, or manufacturing equipment experience required Experience with high-speed production or packaging equipment strongly preferred Industrial refrigeration experience preferred Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Working knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to diagnose basic to intermediate electrical issues Experience with motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, pneumatic systems, and other common manufacturing equipment Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, controls, welding, or fabrication is a plus Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, schematics, work orders, and preventative maintenance instructions Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment Ability to troubleshoot problems and make repairs with minimal supervision Willingness to respond to urgent or unscheduled repairs when needed Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas as required Dependable, punctual, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and as part of a team We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, responds quickly when equipment issues arise, and understands the importance of keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently.
