Role Responsibilities Complete preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems to minimize downtime. Inspect and test assets to ensure safe, efficient performance. Collaborate with peers to enhance equipment reliability and throughput. Accurately document repairs, inspections, and parts usage. Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery and systems. Adhere to safety standards and keep work areas orderly. Participate in training to expand your electromechanical expertise. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; technical training/certification preferred. Experience as an electromechanical technician or similar maintenance role. Comprehensive understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics. PLC troubleshooting experience a plus. Welding experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with hand and power tools used for maintenance work. Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
