Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Obtain Certification in J-STD Obtain Certification in ESD Maintains effective documentation to ensure quality Maintain a neat and tidy work area Consistently meets all quality and production goals Follow and perform assembly from work instructions and/or engineering drawings Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization. Work closely with OE, QE and ME to establish and improve quality goals Measure TAC time and cycle time to meet customer demand Complete and maintain daily log books for downtime, scrap, and production
SKILLS:
Communication skills Demonstrated ability to read, understand and apply knowledge gained from work instructions Ability to work in an empowered team-work based organization Basic mechanical skills - work with hand tools

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or
G.E.D. 1
to 3 years of Mechanical Experience is required.
