PM Training:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM for approximately 3-6 months Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical equipment issues Maintain pumps, motors, fans, belts, filters, piping systems, and related equipment Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Conduct inspections to reduce downtime and keep equipment running safely Requirements 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience High school diploma or equivalent Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, HVAC, or facilities environment Strong mechanical aptitude with tools, equipment repair, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, and alignment Ability to work from ladders or elevated areas Ability to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly during the shift Preferred Experience HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, or facility systems Basic electrical skills, motor controls, or electrical distribution Two-year technical degree or equivalent hands-on training Why Apply?
