Job Summary Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing metal fabrication company who is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working day shift Monday-Friday, with overtime on Saturdays. This is a great role for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical skills and experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment Diagnose mechanical and equipment issues and complete repairs Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime Read blueprints and equipment diagrams to support maintenance activities Test equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation Help identify components that should be repaired or replaced to keep equipment running efficiently

Requirements:

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude with industrial equipment Electrical experience in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of workplace safety practices and maintenance procedures Strong communication and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent #accentuate1

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
