Responsibilities:
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot staple set brush-making machinery
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and related system issues
- Complete machine changeovers for various brush designs and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with automated and manual production equipment in an industrial setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills with knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
