About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical member of our operations team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our manufacturing infrastructure. You will leverage your technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to troubleshoot complex equipment, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement across our facility. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for heavy machinery, including CNC equipment, press brakes, welding systems, and overhead cranes. Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical failures to restore production efficiency rapidly. Manage the procurement of spare parts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure critical components are always available. Perform facility-wide repairs, including lighting, air distribution systems, and structural maintenance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete installation projects and facility upgrades safely and cost-effectively. Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including confined space and working-at-heights regulations. Required Skills 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or electrical repair. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and using precision measurement tools. Strong working knowledge of industrial electricity, welding, and power tool operation. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs and working in varied environments. Preferred Skills Associate degree in Electromechanical or Electronic Engineering Technology. Technical certification in industrial maintenance or electrical systems. Experience managing vendor relationships or purchase requisition processes.
