Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Superintendent III Mechanical/Heavy Industrial Division is responsible for field operations and technical support on the project assigned in order to achieve the safe, timely and profitable completion of each project.Hiring Requirements:

Safety Culture High school or technical school diploma or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. 7-10 years' experience in a leadership role in underground or utility construction is required. Demonstrated ability to successfully supervise projects of at least $3.5M with the capacity to manage single projects between $4M and $8M. Thorough knowledge of pump and machine repair, basic electrical knowledge; craft agreements, jurisdiction, negotiations; engineering, cost control schedules and safety required. Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, construction means, methods and materials, understanding of line and grade and survey methods. Knowledge of construction cost control and basic accounting procedures. Computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs. Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project etc.) Strong management, leadership and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. Building Superintendent license required. Capable of obtaining various certificates and licenses required by the industry and customers and/or requested by the Division Manager or Operations Manager. OSHA 10 Construction Certification, or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training). Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen. Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Driver's License. At R.H. White , our day-to-day work is construction, and we do it well.
