Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on injection molding and food manufacturing equipment, including mixers, pumps, conveyors, filling, and packaging systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment while maintaining facility utilities such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water systems. Maintain accurate maintenance records, preventive maintenance schedules, and work orders to support equipment reliability. Lead safety initiatives by supporting OSHA compliance, investigating incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture throughout the facility. Required Skills & Experience 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance or industrial mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with the ability to troubleshoot production equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., use hand and power tools, and work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience supporting injection molding, food processing, or packaging equipment. Previous experience coordinating or supporting workplace safety programs and OSHA compliance.
