09/02/2026 Job Description Job Description Manufacturing Assembler - Mechanical & Electrical Highland, NY $18/hr Monday-Thursday Temp to Hire We're hiring a Manufacturing Assembler to support mechanical and electrical assembly operations within a lighting production environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, following detailed instructions, and working as part of a production team.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4 ten-hour shifts) Essential Duties Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and test equipment Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and production procedures Use measuring tools to verify part accuracy and quality Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail Meet production and quality standards while following all safety guidelines Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to read and understand written procedures in English Experience using hand and power tools Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to use basic measuring tools Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team What's in It for You?
