• General Production Worker 1st and 2nd 20-21/hour!!!!!
• Job Description
• Join a growing, climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio as a General Production Worker. In this role, you will operate as a general production worker in a manufacturing setting using hand and power tools.
• Responsibilities
• + Install, fit, and secure electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.

+ Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and prints to complete assembly work accurately. + Measure materials and components precisely using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools. + Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including fastening, drilling, and fitting parts as required. + Use drills and other power tools safely and effectively in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. + Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and quality procedures on the production floor.

• Essential Skills
• + Strong mechanical inclination and aptitude for hands-on assembly work. + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately for precise measurements. + Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and the use of hand and power tools.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in construction or general contracting environments. + Experience in carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. + Hands-on experience with wiring, cabling, and basic electrical assembly. + Prior mechanical assembly experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
