Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Additional hours and weekend shifts are available as needed. We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Associate to join a prominent industrial supply organization. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing fabrication environments. Core Responsibilities Transport and arrange piping materials across the shop and yard areas Prepare and assemble specific orders for our customers Utilize forklifts and various fabrication machinery Execute precise cutting, threading, beveling, and measuring of pipes Ensure product standards by performing quality checks with gauges and tape measures Help maintain operational efficiency by adhering to shipping, production, and safety protocols Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to support team productivity Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all production targets are successfully achieved Required Qualifications Possession of a GED or High School Diploma At least six to eight months of relevant industrial or manufacturing experience Proficiency with specialized tools including band saws, pipe threaders, automatic welders, plasma cutters, and roll groove machines Demonstrated ability to use a tape measure with high precision Experience utilizing various gauges to conduct quality assurance inspections A minimum of three to six months operating a forklift Fundamental computer literacy Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards for the entire team Physical capability to lift, maneuver, and manage heavy pipe materials Preferred Backgrounds Pipe fabrication history Fire sprinkler system assembly Automotive mechanical work Diesel engine repair Maintenance of industrial machinery Automotive manufacturing experience Repairing agricultural equipment Work Environment Facility without climate control High temperatures during summer months Dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing floor Mandatory use of steel-toed footwear Benefits and Perks Attractive starting wage Reliable daytime shift schedule Availability of extra hours Long-term stability within a growing industry Collaborative environment that prioritizes safety Direct engagement with heavy industrial machinery We invite those with mechanical aptitude and a history of operating machinery in industrial or manufacturing settings to apply.
