This is an exciting new opportunity in Creswell for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, building, and have worked in the automotive industry or a similar industry where documentation is a key component to success.

What we are seeking:

2+ years of mechanical repair or assembly. Proven ability to work in and around motorized machinery. Experience in assembling mechanical, hydraulic, and some electrical systems. The ability to read blueprints and schematics of highly sophisticated vehicles with hydraulic and pneumatic pumps. Good shop math skills for cutting tubing, hoses, and measuring the diameter of fittings and components Jib crane and forklift experience The ability to read BOM's and do quality checks on finished machinery. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. on a semi-consistent basis. Can stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull for a 10-hour shift MiG welding experience is preferred. A can-do attitude and work effectively and efficiently with other team members, the customer, and with the engineering staff. A safety-first attitude. Great attendance, punctuality, and work ethic.
