- 20% This will include: The supervision and support for project managers designee. Fill the role of mechanical engineering. Put together and present expense reports and budget forecast plan. Identifies, evaluates and define improvement opportunities directed to increase the mechanical reliability of the manufacturing equipment and other equipment related with plant infrastructure/operations
- 30% Manage the mechanical integrity (MI) inspection program
- 40% This will include: Prepare and implement the yearly MI inspection schedule. Implement the remediations recommended on MI reports through capex or expense projects. Create and update MI related documents based on Trinseo practices. Support the safety programs and initiatives directed by HE&S department
- 10% Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited program 5+ years of experience in chemical industry environment required. Prior engineering experience (e.g. improvement, maintenance, mechanical reliability, projects) required. Self-motivated, capable decision-maker that can effectively influence others Project management skills
- Stage Gate Project Development process preferred Knowledge of Process Safety
- Mechanical Integrity, LPPs, Layers of Project, etc.
