Your day at Hall Industries At 7:00 AM in Ellwood City, PA, you'll power up the plant and review the preventive maintenance plan for our machining centers, fabrications equipment, and automated systems. You might start by lubricating key assemblies, checking pneumatic lines, and inspecting drive components. Mid-morning, a piece of equipment flags an error—your systematic troubleshooting kicks in as you trace mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical root causes. After lunch, you'll swap out a faulty component, realign and calibrate, then document the repair so our history stays complete and useful. Before wrap-up, you'll help install or upgrade a system to improve safety and throughput, always following lockout/tagout and PPE protocols. $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Status:
Permanent, full-time with overtime opportunities
Shift:
Day shift (1st), 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; schedule may vary with overtime Occasional optional Saturdays, 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM What you'll work on Execute scheduled preventive maintenance to maximize equipment life and performance. Diagnose malfunctions using systematic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and manuals. Repair and restore machinery by replacing components and correcting electrical/mechanical issues; perform alignment and calibration. Assist with installations, modifications, and upgrades to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability—including automation and technology enhancements. Maintain accurate work orders, repair logs, and equipment histories to spot patterns and plan ahead. Practice stringent safety standards, including LOTO and appropriate PPE. What you bring 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. High school diploma plus trade school certification or equivalent on-the-job training.
