1st Shift | Monday
  • Friday | 7:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM Weekend Shift | Friday
  • Sunday | 5:00 AM
  • 5:30

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience with welding, metalworking, or related fabrication processes. Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments. Basic understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. Familiarity with lifting, rigging, or material-handling equipment is preferred. Ability to learn and use business, production, and communication software applications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Flexibility to adjust work schedules and priorities based on operational needs. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Duties:
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Verify that appropriate materials and components are selected and used for each project. Inspect materials, parts, and equipment prior to fabrication or assembly and report any concerns before proceeding. Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure finished work meets required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications. Conduct quality inspections upon completion of assigned work and communicate any issues to supervisors. Document modifications or deviations from original designs in accordance with company procedures. Safely move, lift, and handle materials using appropriate equipment and techniques. Monitor tools and equipment for wear, damage, or malfunction and report maintenance needs. Perform routine equipment care and maintenance as required. Maintain an understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and production methods relevant to assigned work. Assist with additional manufacturing, finishing, assembly, or production-related tasks as needed to support operations.
