Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with industrial machinery, motors, controls, sensors, and automated equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Working knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and with production and maintenance teams
Preferred:
Technical certification or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Technology Experience maintaining CNC equipment or woodworking machinery PLC troubleshooting experience Electrical or mechanical certifications Experience with automation, industrial controls, VFDs, sensors, and motor controls OSHA, HVAC, or other relevant technical certifications Physical and work requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to approximately 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, climb, and work in awkward positions for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive motion, grasping, and fine manipulation Ability to work around noise, dust, vibration, machinery, and varying temperatures Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Must be available for occasional overtime and emergency or on-call maintenance support Ready to grow your career? , or skip the line and call or text us directly at (570) 731-8109 .
