INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
Engineered Finishing Systems is looking for experienced, highly skilled Steel Metal Erectors to join our installation team. We install large-scale industrial equipment including paint booths, powder coating booths, industrial ovens, conveyors, abrasive blast systems, and related steel structures. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, precision, and getting the job done right. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, is detail-oriented, can read detailed assembly drawings, and understands how to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Strong steel erection and mechanical installation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed assembly drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
  • Leadership skills and the ability to take ownership of a job
  • Experience with industrial equipment installation is highly preferred
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to meet OSHA training requirements
  • Ability to obtain periodic military and government work clearances
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 50% overnight
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
  • Zero-tolerance drug policy
