About the Role As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our production process by building high-quality equipment and components. You will utilize your technical skills to ensure all assemblies meet rigorous standards while contributing to a culture of safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities Execute precise assembly and adjustment of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to meet production targets. Fabricate fiberglass components by following detailed technical specifications and quality guidelines. Drive process efficiency by maintaining a clean, organized workspace and actively participating in 5S workplace organization initiatives. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow continuity. Collaborate with the production team to ensure all tasks are completed safely and in accordance with established protocols. Utilize various power tools and hand tools to complete complex assembly tasks with high accuracy. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and utilize lifting equipment for heavier items. Preferred Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using a wide range of hand and power tools. Proven ability to interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical order documentation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions. Commitment to workplace safety with the ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on contributing to collective production goals.
