Overview #IND123 In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production processes. Depending on Exp. $30 - $40 Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and analysis skills to identify root causes efficiently. Repair and replace mechanical parts using welding techniques such as stick welding and precision measuring instruments to ensure optimal machine performance. Conduct electrical diagnostics with tools like voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and low voltage testers to resolve electrical system faults. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future repairs. Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming troubleshooting, and equipment troubleshooting guides. Operate scissor lifts and other industrial equipment safely while performing maintenance tasks at various heights or hard-to-reach areas. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting pneumatic systems, hydraulic circuits, and other complex machinery components. Support technical sales efforts by providing expert insights on equipment repairs or upgrades when needed. Maintain a high standard of safety compliance by adhering to industry regulations and best practices in electrical maintenance and industrial mechanics. Skills Extensive experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in using CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting. Solid knowledge of HVAC/R systems along with HVAC troubleshooting skills. Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering diagrams accurately. Skilled in welding techniques including stick welding; familiar with precision measuring instruments for accurate repairs. Strong electrical diagnostics skills utilizing voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other testing tools for troubleshooting electrical systems. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, hydraulic circuits, pneumatic systems troubleshooting, and general equipment repair. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices combined with mechanical expertise in maintaining complex machinery. Excellent analysis skills to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions efficiently. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members or clients when necessary.
