Job Description

Subsidiary OmniSource Responsibilities Perform truck and trailer repair Perform emergency on the road repair Diagnose and repair of crane/loader/forklift/skid steer/etc. Perform repair and maintenance of containers Must maintain preventative maintenance schedules, garage and maintenance area Must order and maintain parts inventory Qualifications Must have welding and fabrication skills Ability and willingness to work flexible hours which may include nights and weekends Ability to perform truck and trailer repair, emergency on the road repair Ability to perform emergency on the road repair and diagnosis and repair of crane/loader/forklift/skid steer/etc. Ability to perform repair and maintenance of containers Comply with Federal DOT inspections and record keeping Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions Strong written and verbal communication skills Possess a clear understanding and adherence to safety regulations Knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulic systems Be able to supply own basic tools Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
