Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fluid End Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing, repairing, and assembling fluid end components used in oilfield equipment. Your expertise will help ensure our operations run smoothly and safely, supporting our commitment to excellence in service delivery. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools for assembly and repair tasks Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling manual and mechanical tools safely Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of fluid end units according to specifications Perform quality checks Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience frac pumps preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and production documents accurately Experience with mechanical assembly, machining, soldering, and use of hand tools or power tools Strong manual handling skills with attention to detail for quality assurance Ability to work safely by adhering to PPE use and safety guidelines in an industrial environment Qualified to operate forklift or overhead crane Clean driving record and hold Class C drivers license Must live local to the Midland/Odessa area. Pay:
$3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
