$100,000-$200,000+ per year | Hourly + Performance Bonuses | Full-Time Total Plumbing Service Inc. | DFW If You Take Pride in a Finished Installation, Read This. Total Plumbing Service Inc. is looking for an experienced Texas-licensed Journeyman or Tradesman plumber who knows residential plumbing and takes pride in completing high-quality installation and replacement work in customers' homes. This is a position for an experienced plumber who can walk into an existing home, understand the plumbing system, execute the job correctly, solve problems when conditions change, and leave behind work you're proud to put your name on. Clean work. Code-compliant work. Productive work. A homeowner who feels taken care of when you leave. That is what we are looking for. This is not an entry-level plumbing position. This Is Residential Installation Work Our installers work directly in customers' homes completing plumbing replacement, upgrade and installation projects throughout DFW. Depending on the job, your work may include: Water heater replacement and installation, including tank and tankless Sewer line repairs and replacements Water line repairs, reroutes and replacements Slab leak repair and rerouting Kitchen and bathroom plumbing replacements Faucets, sinks, toilets and other fixture installations Drain, waste and water piping replacement Plumbing upgrades and larger residential repair projects Troubleshooting existing plumbing conditions that come up during an installation Completing installation work to Texas plumbing code and Total Plumbing standards Protecting the customer's home and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite Communicating professionally with homeowners throughout the project Documenting completed work accurately in ServiceTitan Coordinating with our service, parts, dispatch and management teams Taking ownership of the job from start through final cleanup We're Looking for a Plumber Who Can Own the Installation A strong installer does more than make pipe connections. You understand how residential plumbing systems actually work. You notice problems before they become callbacks. You know how to adapt when an existing home does not look exactly like you expected. You protect flooring, cabinets, walls and the homeowner's property. You keep your work area organized. You communicate when something changes. And when the job is complete, the installation looks professional — not just functional. That level of craftsmanship matters at Total Plumbing. How You're Paid Our plumbers are paid hourly plus performance bonuses .

Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Hold a current Texas Journeyman or Tradesman plumbing license Have 3+ years of residential plumbing experience Have significant experience working on plumbing systems in existing homes Can independently complete residential plumbing replacements and installations Are confident installing water heaters, fixtures, piping and other residential plumbing systems Can troubleshoot unexpected conditions during an installation Understand Texas plumbing code and take pride in code-compliant work Work efficiently without sacrificing workmanship Know how to protect a homeowner's property while working Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Communicate professionally with homeowners Can accurately document work, materials and job progress Take responsibility for the quality of your finished work Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Want to continue improving your skills ServiceTitan experience is requiredThe Kind of Plumber Who Does Well Here:
