Electro-Mechanical Technician Location:

Manassas, VA 20110 | Full-time, On-site | ASAP We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair production equipment in a dietary supplement manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems . Maintain encapsulation, blending, and packaging equipment . Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and equipment installations. Calibrate scales and dosing equipment. Read electrical schematics and technical manuals. Maintain maintenance records and follow LOTO, cGMP, and FDA requirements . Support Production and Quality teams to reduce equipment downtime.

Requirements:

5+ years of industrial/electro-mechanical maintenance experience. 3+ years specifically working with encapsulation machines such as NJP-3800, Syntagon, or Bosch. Experience with electrical troubleshooting and machine validation. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet. PLC/VFD and regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
