Job Description

- Develop and maintain resource plans aligned with project schedules
- Monitor resource capacity, utilization, and availability
- Coordinate staffing assignments based on skills, priorities, and workload demands
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to understand resource needs
- Identify resource gaps or surpluses and recommend solutions (e.g., hiring, reallocation, outsourcing)
- Track and report key metrics such as utilization rates, staffing levels, and forecast accuracy
- Maintain office supplies & equipment
- Support staff with purchase requisitions, etc.
- Support onboarding activities, including workspace setup and documentation Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with project/resource planning tools (MS Project, Jira a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP a plus)
