Job Description
A&G Machine, Inc is looking to build up our Night Shift Assembly operations. We are looking for qualified, experienced, Assemblers that want to help set the foundations for a new shift. A&G Machine, Inc is looking to add to our talented pool of Assembly Technicians. We are a private, family-oriented company with over 40 years of sustained successful operations, retaining the best talent in the industry. Our Assembly operation is growing, and we are looking for qualified, experienced, Assemblers that aspire to join a team of Aerospace Assembly Technicians performing work for a private company supporting some of the largest names in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.

Paid Holidays & PTO Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
- Collect all materials and tools needed to complete the assembly process
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet the required standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during the assembly process
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an assembler is required (preferred 5+ years)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Stong understanding of mechanical principles and tools
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
