Corliss Resources LLC seeks a Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and optimize equipment at our construction materials facilities. You'll troubleshoot mechanical issues on conveyors, crushers, mixers, and related plant machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and complete welding, fabrication, and component replacements to keep production running safely and efficiently. Working in a family-owned, safety-first culture, you'll collaborate closely with production teams, follow strict LOTO and OSHA standards, and support reliable, on-time delivery of aggregates and ready-mix products. Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair conveyors, crushers, mixers, and related plant equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime Conduct welding, cutting, and basic fabrication for repairs and modifications Install, align, and rebuild bearings, gearboxes, motors, and other components Follow all safety procedures, including LOTO and OSHA requirements Collaborate with operators and supervisors to prioritize maintenance needs Document maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment condition Assist with equipment upgrades, rigging, and plant improvement projects Required Skills Industrial equipment troubleshooting Mechanical repair and overhaul Conveyor and crusher maintenance Welding and cutting Hydraulics and pneumatics Basic fabrication and machining Preventive and predictive maintenance Reading mechanical drawings and schematics Rigging and equipment alignment Industrial safety and LOTO
