Assembler:

Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Use measuring tools to ensure components meet specifications Perform visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards Operate manufacturing equipment including fin machines, stackers, and leak testers Accurately document completed work and report production or quality issues Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow established safety and 5S procedures What We're Looking For to Qualify for the Assembler role: Minimum 6 months of assembly or related manufacturing experience Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools Comfortable working with hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks Dependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting preferred Compensation for the Assembler role: $22
