The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience, project management capabilities, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships while providing leadership and mentorship to staff. Primary Responsibilities Develop project scopes, strategies, schedules, and budgets for environmental assessment, investigation, and remediation projects. Prepare and manage proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates. Manage projects from initial planning through completion, including client communication, regulatory coordination, field activities, and reporting. Provide technical review and oversight of environmental reports, investigations, and remediation projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Support business development and marketing activities. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and professional development to associate-level staff. Assist with strategic planning and leadership within the Environmental Assessment, Investigation, and Remediation Group. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field required. 10+ years of professional experience in environmental consulting. Experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, site investigations, remediation, environmental case closure requests, and environmental compliance projects. Wisconsin Professional Geologist (PG) licensure preferred. Strong understanding of applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations, particularly Wisconsin environmental regulations. Demonstrated project management and client relationship management experience. Strong technical writing, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
