Industrial Maintenance Technician | 2nd Shift | $35-$45/

West Allis, WI Pay:
$35.00-$45.00 per hour

Full-Time | 2nd Shift | Shift Premium Available Earn Up to $45/Hour Keeping Advanced Manufacturing Equipment Running We're hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift maintenance team. If you enjoy troubleshooting industrial equipment, solving mechanical and electrical problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. This is a stable, full-time opportunity offering $35-$45 per hour based on experience, with annual earning potential of $100,000-$120,000+ including overtime . What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial control systems. Install, relocate, and align machinery and production equipment. Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and related components. Complete welding, fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry projects as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. Follow all safety procedures while helping maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment. Knowledge of industrial controls and electrical wiring. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Comfortable lifting up to 100 pounds when necessary. Valid driver's license required.
